Why should we have to pay for what has been free for YEARS??? Tech support is snotty and wants us to pay for help-
I call for help- they tell me I have to pay for something that's been free since day one- over 30 years (a guess) --- tech support says pay or no help- .

The mail service is free. Tech support isn't.
If you got locked out of your account, it's not tech support's responsibility to get you back in unless you're paying for the service. Should have kept your recovery options updated.

AND THEY"RE NASTY ABOUT IT TOO! All have "accents" too- so yeah-AOL is outsourcing to save money but charging to make money.
