AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer
Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
Internet speed is 830 Mbps
Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
Also tried incognito browser, same issue
Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow
Unable to open AOL mail in Firefox
All browser versions are up-to-date.

P.S. Windows 10 using either Google or MS Edge - and this issue NEVER happened before. You're making changes behind the scenes and it's critically impacting performance - unacceptable AOL. If you went with AWS that would explain a LOT because they have issues globally. I've been with AOL mail, paid then unpaid for well over 30 years and have never experienced this before. This is literally worse than old time dial up. FIX YOUR ISSUES. Thank you.

For the past 2 weeks give or take, the web based email is slower than a snail. It's taking forever to switch folders, open, read, write and move mail. This has become impossible! I have the highest internet speed available and this is not happening on any other platform or website. FIX THIS, this is atrocious and unacceptable!
