I have called to complain several times and see no hope of you changing this STUPID new policy of always having to sign in after ever change of location -- even my home to my apartment! I can never check mail from a hotel or other public place because it's not secure to sign in! YOU GIVE ME NO RECOURSE BUT TO LEAVE AFTER 30 YEARS. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME LEAVE. QUIT MAKING ME SIGN IN ALL THE TIME SO YOU CAN SELL ME SERVICES WHICH I WILL NEVER BUY -- YOU'LL JUST LOOSE A CUSTOMER1
