I would like to speak to a Manager, I have been a member for over 20 years. I called and was transferred to billing them disconnected. several months for the first time s a member i had some issues with my pass word I was unable to sign in without AOL assistance, and I was told that there would be a $4.99 charge, obliviously she was working on COMMISION. i did not realize I was being charged $16.11 and $4.99 every month i canceled the charges on my account with my bank now AOL advised me that they are canceling my account. it is extremally unfair. please help me.
