I also can see you don't pay attention to the suggestions, The changes you make are not an improvement, just something we have to get used to. It's so annoying I also am thinking of leaving even though I've had this email forever. What's the point of the ugly big initials that pop up next to email addresses. Bring back the original email page, it was easy to use. Old saying is true, if it ain't broke....you need to follow that and quit making stupid changes.
