Improve your Help Center
Cut down on the outside noise in the Help Center and get techs who can actually help. The one I had a couple of days ago, I couldn't understand his name, or most of everything he said -- what it boiled down to was it wasn't a problem with AOL -- it was my equipment. WRONG. Before making an appointment to have my tower looked at, I checked again. Darn, my Address Book was back, and I could actually send an email. If I hadn't been with AOL since I got my first computer, I would drop you like a hot potato. I have been burned way too many times. Loyalty means nothing but money to you.
