How can we improve AOL?

AOL does NOT help.

I have a problem commenting on AOL Stories. NO ONE HELPS. I have been trying to leave comments for YEARS. I am becoming totally Frustrated. Can Someone HELP ???

    I am able to leave Comments at my Old Email Address But Not my new address which I always use.

    I have left Feedback for YEARS now & Nobody HELPS. This is Ridiculous.
