AOL is going to lose customers if they continue to change their formats without improving them. What happened to catering to your customer? My husband, family and friends have asked me to move to Gmail. I now have an account with them. If AOL continues to make changes to their format that is not consumer friendly, I am going to leave. There must be a way to keep the old classic format, deter scams and viruses. If your software engineers can't figure it out, AOL will eventually lose most of it's business.

I am so frustated with your company, I just may bite the bullet and as my husband suggested, notify my contacts a few at a time of my new Gmail address. It's too bad. I thought AOL had the easiest format. Regrettably, I find that is NO LONGER TRUE!
