If I read email on my Android phone using the AOL app, it still shows up as unread on my desktop even if I refresh the page. However if I read email on my desktop it shows up as read on the desktop. Additionally if I read AOL mail using 3rd party gmail on my phone, it correctly shows up as read on my desktop. I have tried deleting the app, clearing cache and memory, everything is up to date. The only problem is with AOL and its products. I have paid for premium support 2 times and this has not been resolved, though acknowledged as an ongoing issue by the technician. This started about 2 years ago after an AOL update. Why has this not been fixed?
