How can we improve AOL?

Wen I add a contact I do it to send them mail; but you dont list it when i mail to send:WHYH

i want my added contacts in my list of send to contacts!
please fix your failure to do so!!!!!

Hope they fix it soon! Adding contacts should be seamless!

Thanks for the advice, I will contac them. It sounds frustrating to face issues when adding contacts just to send mail. AOL should definitely streamline that process for better user experience.
