On my Aol App on my iphone, a white box has started appearing in the midst of my emails. It is about an inch tall, and as wide as the email list. A grey vertical pillar repeatedly scrolls left to right across it, about every second. I have tried to eliminate this box in various ways, none of which worked, including: a) deleting emails above and below it; b) uninstalling and reinstalling the Aol App; c) cycling the power to my phone; and d) updating the iOS. Nothing worked. It appears in all of my email directories, not just New Mail. What is this and how can I remove it?
