Amen amen! And a big reason for not caring about all that is that it triggers string negative feelings I don’t want: anger, disgust, worry, fruitless angst, sorrow and more. As an empath, I go into overload. Decades of training and mental discipline haven’t helped. The desktop and pc online versions provide for opening directly into mail. Thanks for listening.
