YOur support stinks.

I have still not received a response from you in regards to your company honoring their commitment to give me a one time phone support for these issues. Please advise how I can get this done. The original case number on that was 24982171 but I have other case numbers as well including 24970862, 24971372, 25104327 and 25075028.
I have some VERY SERIOUS CONCERNS with AOL since you changed your system a few weeks ago.
AGAIN today, I downloaded something from a senders e-mail, then saved the page on my laptop desktop, sent it to another person via e-mail from the icon on my desktop, AND MY ENTIRE SYSTEM OF DOCUMENTS, E-MAILS, PASSWORDS, and EVERYTHING ON MY COMPUTER was went as well.
This is a HUGE breach of my privacy and I NEED SOMEONE FROM AOL to contact me ASAP, take ownership of how to fix the issue and not ask me to pay for tech support again. GET THIS DONE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

You keep blaming my phone, laptop or internet providers for the issue when, for years, I did the same thing, without issues. This just started happening when you changer your format about a month ago - app to yellow background and more. YOU SCREWED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
