NEED BETTER WAYS FLOR EMAIL VERIFICATION
If I have the CORRECT PASSWORD I shouldn't have to verify myself!! with that being said...TRY OFFERING MORE USER FRIENDLY WAYS such as A security question where the answer wouldn't change or time, such as "What city and state were you born in?"

AOL should not charge people for customer service if it's not the user's fault for not signing in. It's a common occurrence for people to change their phone numbers
