SUPPORT totally Useless -
unable to sign in without time consuming verification !! costs money for numerous text sent to my cell daily - money spent for paid support is a waste of this senior citizens fixed income - hours on phone with different techs to no avail !!! - had to get 3 codes just to sign in to post this !! 15th time getting codes today working with techs that gave up + told me to post feed back - three members of my family in this house { all have been members for apx. 30 years + they sign in on same computer with no problems at all !!! - every text is costing me + no one at AOL can solve the sign in horror story - can not have codes emailed to my YAHHO mail because it take 4 hours for mail from AOL goes thru !!!
