I am in the process of trying to change the name on my account. The account is in my husband's name but I am on the account also. He passed away 6 weeks ago and it is absolutely ridiculous everything you want me to go through. You want a death certificate, 1st and last page of his will, names of executors, picture of me with an ID. We have been paying premium membership for 40 years and believe we have earned some leeway for this, especially when I could close it completely and go to gmail or yahoo for free. How about a little assistance here?
