I have been a paying member since 2001. This AOL is vastly inferior garbage compared to then. I have lost the ability to access one of my 4 screen names and I NEED it. Your customer service is useless. You have taken away the ability to filter out junk emails. Taken away personal profiles. Taken instant messaging. Go back to the way it was in 2001 and return all of this. Your "improvements" are why a lot of people I know are surprised when I tell them I have AOL because they think you are out of business. You ARE slowly dying because of it. I am having doubts about continuing to give you money for services I want but no longer can get.
