Very Poor Customer Technician Service.
My IPhone stopped receiving AOL mail so I asked an AOL Technician if he could fix the problem. He kept me on the phone for about 30 minutes and during that time he kept continuously attempting to sell me programs to prevent internet scams. I advised him the I am an 86 year old pensioner and I could not afford to pay for such programs. He then said that he would look into fixing my problem of not receiving aol emails and that he would call me back. He never fixed the problem and he never called me back. This technician is a real disgrace to AOL. How can I get this problem fixed?
