I am sharing this on behalf of my mother's account. I have signed into her account today. They wiped our entire email account of all history of emails due to inactivity of my Mother's account. We have been dealing with her Brain Cancer recovery and have not used her email. We have lost countless emails with pictures of memories, saved emails with messages from loved ones that have passed, and encouraging notes from her sent to myself and other loves ones that can't replicated due to her disability from her brain cancer. They are claiming they wiped it clean and cannot retrieve it, therefore memories lost forever. This is truly unforgiveable and I urge anyone to switch services. While I tell them this story-- they tell me I have to pay to speak to their support as that is a premium service. When you think they can't go lower they do.
