I am having difficulty adding my debit card to my account. An error message: " We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later." keeps coming up when I am trying to enter the debit card information. I was online with AOL Tech support for almost an hour without success. Tech Support advised me to write a posting to be able to fix this technical difficulty and that I might have to wait 24 hours before trying again. I have an outstanding balance to pay in the amount of $35.58. I have never had an outstanding balance in all my years with AOL and I want to get this payment method sorted out as quickly as possible. Please give this your immediate attention. Thank you.
