There needs to be more communications between call center and IT for AOL.
I had files missing from a folder that I had named. I spoke to customer service and a supervisor, who advised me that they don't communicate with IT/Engineer who would know about missing files. I certainly didn't delete those items because they are saved items. AOL stated a 24-hour restore of my files, but my issue is, why are they gone in the first place if they weren't deleted? There needs to be more work to ensure customers' files don't go missing.
