AOL isn't allowing comments in the news.

Why bother to have a "See Comments" button if, when you click on it, AOL does not show any comments.....or allow making any?

Please consider bringing back comments. We are all adults and should be able to view/respond to other people's opinions. As with life, if we don't agree, we can keep scrolling or voice our own opinion. We should all be aware that we won't be changing anyone else's opinion. Sometimes we just need to vent!

If not allowed access to comments, then AOL is essentially worthless.
Why is this feature not available this week? -

Either I cannot access comments on stories, or I cannot access the replies to my comments. It seems AOL has a series of steps to shadow ban independent thought.

I have suffered the same excommunication from the AOL comment section. Yes, I have posted some viewpoints not in alignment with AOL's liberal bias, but the termination came after a long spell away from the computer. What happened ??

I am slowly getting out of AOL....i get the feel that this 3 letter forum is run by a bunch of woke Marxist and not interested in free speech and opinions that may hurt their fragile egos....

Please wake up AOL. Censoring comments is a way to prove your one sided view.

AOL has now gone to censorship. No comments allowed.

This removing the comments section next to the pictures (and not the comment section below the article) is ridiculous and makes me mad. Without the comments, I just won't use the newsfeed any more and get news somewhere else. AOL put the comments on the newsfeed back and do it right away. You didn't even notify us that you were going to do this! Shame on you. You will probably lose customers over this.

AOL first killed comments from my smartphone. No notice. No reason. I cannot read nor make comments. Several month later AOL has killed comments on my computer. Again, no notice or reason. The AOL comments AI censor sometimes admonished me for making the same or even less pointed comment than I had just read about. I found it odd that and article or comment by others calling to kill someone for doing something was acceptable, but commenting that other, less lethal actions might be better would get rejected.

My comments section not visible. No explanation. Perhaps AOL is loyal to D Trump about blocking persons making comment about the FinCEN investigation of Trump laundering money thru his 3 casinos in Atlantic City. Trump paid a ten million dollar fine for laundering Russian and Latin Drug lord money. After making notice of this FACT I was immediately blocked out of seeing comments and making comments. MY first amendment rights violated. AOL is going to hear from an attorney representative, soon.

We need to be able to voice our opinions. We do have freedom of speech.
Maybe Trump is controlling this too! -

I used to be able to see comments, but now I can't even see or comment at all. Why?

Came here wondering that after I wanted to comment pointing out an article of a photoshoot is clearly fake and AI.
