I've had my account for over 20 years! And all my folders are gone now and I have no email whatsoever at all in my inbox?? How is this possible and is it legal to erase all my stuff like this? I had very important emails and info saved in this account in separate folders i created just for that reason and now theyre all gone! That should definitely stay in place and not be deleted or whatever has been done to my account. this is wrong on so many levels! the stuff lost now is probably gone and whats the reason to do this to an account?! I mean my whole AOL email account looks brand new not like a 20 year old account at allI thought this was linked with my other email and wasn't been awaiting an email so noticed wasn't linked since changed phones and now my inbox and folders are empty and ones I created are gone. I had important saved emails. I do not understand how they just up and disappear like this... and seriously doubt I get any assistance or response whatsoever
This is absolutely disgusting to be able to do imo
People save receipts, important emails, files, etc... in their email accounts. So how is it possible they can just wipe out your whole inbox and folders and it be ok? Some important documents as well were saved but yet somehow my account wasn't deleted just everything in it! Still had my recovery information except for my new number I have I had to change but all of that was there still..
