I am frustrated that the stationery option/icon was removed from writing emails without any notice. I had to call tech support, and it took 42 minutes before tech could figure out that the stationery option was discontinued for now. Since we pay fees for AOL MAIL, it should be included. The monthly fee I pay should include this stationery option in writing emails. I have been customer of AOL for many, many years, and removing the stationery option is poor customer service. And to not inform us about discontinuing the stationery amplifies the poor customer service. I would appreciate it if you would bring the stationery option back. Thanks.
