Make read mail NOT disappear after it's read. Change the format. It is NOT 'USER' FRIENDLY! All your "improvements" are really just ways to make navigating e-mail more difficult.

    aol mail is now frustrating.I want to readmy email without having to go into my theremail I called and they took all of the annoying safe guards off Now they r back on.I have a brain,know consequences I have good virus etc protection and know what I want back!!!! My freedom
