Emal software change !! -- in email put the move scroll bar back in - now only has search for name

in email put the move scroll bar back in - now only has search for name.
Want to put mail in Junk Ad or News etc. now can only search for that.
Used to be able to scroll to the name Junk Ad or News etc.
