When we tried to log in to ADG, there is an error saying "Error retrieving account info. Please Try Again". AOL agents did a screenshare and exhausted all the available options but still the same error. Please take action on this immediately.

AOL agents did a remote session and exhausted all the available options to resolve the issue. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the ADG so many times but it still has the same error message every time we try to log in. Cannot report it inside ADG since I don't have any access at all. Please resolve this issue immediately.
