I have lost most of the contact information with phone numbers and extensive notes. I have been a long term AOL user and rely on the contact information for my business activities. I am sure you have backup on all my contacts. Please help rectify this situation and contact me. AOL IT department PLEASE contact me.

Contacts notes are missing. After exporting and importing the needed file and doing a restart on the computer the information is still missing and not in sync. The gathered information before is replaced with /found in contact history/ there were no abrupt changes on the account and on the computer.
