How can we improve AOL?

← AOL.com

My issue is that I cannot delete a monthly recurring event on my AOL calendar. "9AM Monthly Reminder". Help please.

Your telephone assistant asked that I post my issue here. I cannot delete a monthly recurring event on my AOL calendar. I constantly get an error message stating that it is a "Failure to Delete". I no longer need this monthly reminder and wish to delete it in its entirety. It is the only calendar event for that recurring day. The event starts as "9AM Monthly Reminder to Complete Monthly Van Logs". Please assist.

Thanks,
