Pay more attention who is on AOL
For heaven's sake, stop allowing so many spam mails offering Ukranian or Russian women, and those advertising male enhancement and supposed women offering erotic sex. I am a 74 year old woman who does NOT want to have to clear out 50 to 100 (or more) of these emails in my spam folder every day. Sometimes I get a legitimate email from a business associate not in my contacts, so I have to sift through these every day. It is DISGUSTING!!!!

The purpose of hyphenation is to increase clarity. The hyphen between critically and acclaimed is completely unnecessary, as there is no possible confusion that could result by leaving it out. Inserting a hyphen where it’s not needed is like adding an exclamation mark when there’s no interjection or exclamation. It’s not an oversight, it’s an error.

Do not download System Mechanic. It is MALWARE
Earlier in March I downloaded the free trial System Mechanic. Almost immediately after running a "deep clean" I started experiencing strange behavior. In particular I'd have to hit the refresh button 2-3 times to get a program such as a bank login page to completely populate. Ultimately my system froze, ctrl-alt-del was unresponsive. The only recourse was to reboot. But that hardly helped. My computer would freeze within 2-3 minutes of the reboot. Ultimately I had to have the disk wiped and my OS reinstalled. That cost me plenty both in terms of time and money!

I'm sure I won't be the only one who is irritated at what AOL has done to the e-mail page. I doubt you'll find anyone who was dissatisfied with the links within e-mail. As of today, March 26, 2026, your tech team decided to change the links. NOT a good thing to do. Change it back to the way it was!

"Strict - no adult content"
My Complaint is that NOBODY should ever have access for the "SafeSearch" Option to change the Settings from the "Moderate - no images or video" NOR the "Off - do not filter results" Option, unless He &/Or She has a AOL Account and Signs into His &/Or Her AOL Account First! The "SafeSearch" Setting should ONLY Default (& ONLY to Remain on!) to the "Strict - no adult content" Setting for the "Search Preferences" within the "Settings!"

reporting an abusive customer
I want to report an abusive customer, Verizon Business. It sent me today what appears, in my inbox, to be a promotional e-mail message. But unlike any ad that I've ever received before, this one cannot be deleted. If I try to checkmark the little box to the left of the message in my inbox (preparatory to deleting the checked item), nothing happens: the sender has apparently developed a new technology to disable that checkbox next to their ad. It is annoying that many incoming e-mails go directly into the "message deleted" file, and we never see or know of them.
Make certain that all incoming, new e-mails go directly into the Inbox and not into the "deleted" e-mails, in a computer to whch only one person has access

The fact that you do not allow comments is of concern. WHY? Each post has "0" comments BECAUSE YOU DO NOT ALLOW DISCUSSION. WHY? I have been with aol since its inception. Knew the creators in Encino.
