    Your homepage "news" is unacceptable to only 1/2 of Americans. Why is Fox News so popular and CNN in serious trouble? Maybe that's why AOL is no longer a popular website.

  5. Get Rid of two-step verification and its successors.

    I have been trying to obtain a 6 digit code from both your and Yahoo web sites for the past two days to no avail. What is happening???? And, the idea of having to do a two-step log-in authentication is very dumb. It seems to me that trouncing on a bunch of hackers and spammers is a better idea. Get Rid of the extras.

    Your company is quite biased. Due to the extreme views that your company presents, I am searching for a new e-mail provider, and once I find it, I will be terminating my account. I have been with your company AOL for over 20 years and I know about changing with the times, but undesirable parts of the times you are attempting to desensitize people is what I am concerned about. I am quite disappointed. Take care.

  16. Go back to the previous format. Looking back over the previous feedback comments I think this is the general consensus. It is too busy.

    This new format is terrible. Too busy, not easy to navigate. Why mess with a format that has worked for years. Give us back the previous format ASAP.

  19. Take down "State police locate missing person in Westbrook during suspicious vehicle investigation"

    This article was posted august 2022 and came from the Hartford Courant. In the last month, the Hartford Courant has taken it down/ "de indexed" the article from google. Spoke to AOL and they said that if the article was down from the main source that it should be taken down from here as well. Is this possible? Would greatly appreciate that.
