U.S. based customer service! So I have had to enter the passwords for each of my email accounts twice this month. No communication from AOL,
No communication from AOL, as to why my email hasn’t been delivered on two addresses, for two days! I have to guess!!! Then I figure out that for the second time this month I’ve had to log in with my password! This is inconvenient and unnecessary!!
Been a customer since 1997! IT ABSOLUTELY AMAZES ME TO READ OTHER FEEDBACK! Seems like EVERYONE is having the same problem. Does Management ever read any of this! I personally think I’m wasting my time!

blue dots on mails that are already read
when the view is new/old mail blue dots appears even on emails that are already read, on unified mail there is no issue, I contacted AOL support but no other member reported this, anyone else have this experience?

Improve payment change options.
I can not seem to simply update payment information for all services I use at one time. I can only update the information for each service and then only when requested because of a declined payment.

Why am I being blocked from commenting on AOL news stories on all my AOL screen names? I wrote a letter concerning AOL censorship and discrimination to President elect Trump and his new FCC chairman Brendon Carr. I hope they Fine AOL propaganda news feed millions of dollars for free speech discrimination and lift all big tech lawsuit protections!

Fewer news feed items from Fox "news"
Lately I am noticing more news feed items from Fox "news." These are sensationalized and I don't consider them news worthy at all. Most of the items covered could be considered fodder for tabloids. I will not be clicking on this drivel, nothing there to learn.

No Tech Support for AOL Comments Login Problems
When you login in to AOL Comments section to be able to comment on the News stories, if you have any problems with your login they simply cannot help you. There is NO TECH SUPPORT for their AOL Comments login, comments or issues. You simply have to abandoned that email and create another or suck it up. Thats AOL for you.

Ads Covering Content
About 1/2 of the stories I read have a vertical ad in the middle of the story. The ad says at the bottom to scroll down to read. When it is scrolled down you can see the content scrolling up behind the ad, however the ad stays in place making it 100% impossible to read the story.

Censor all comments
AOL censors comments for no reason. We all know this. Anyone can delete comments if they so wish. It's very easy to do. You can delete comments for various reasons. If your comments are being rejected by AOL.....start reporting other peoples comments.
