Fix replies to news articles..
Make it so that when I get a reply to a comment I have made too a news article, and I hit the reply button in the email notification, I go right to that article and the comment. As it is, I go to the main article, and have to open the comment section, and TRY to find my comment.

Block feature
To the aol editors: Please add a block feature to our homepage. On MSN I'm able to block specific news and magazine entities that I do not want to see on my homepage. If I accidently click on a People post I'm bombarded with People posts. FYI People is one I'd like to block. Also, Fox News. I want that blocked too. Make it easy on users if you would please. If MSN can do it, why not AOL?

I see a big problem with your two step verification !!!
I was trying to reset my password but was prevented by your two step verifaction because I have a new mobile number that I need to update .. but I was stuck with old mobile number in my two step verification.

Fix attachment of my comments to proper article in emails and notifications
Replies to my comments are being applied to a different article so when I hit reply in email or click on notification, it takes me to the wrong article, often one with only 1 or 2 comments on it. Finding and searching through the correct article with thousands of comments so I can post a response is unreasonable.

I cannot comment on most articles
I have a Macbook pro, use safari 15.6.1. I can't comment on most articles even though there are comment boxes and I other people have posted comments. I can't see their comments and I can't comment because there is no place that I can click on that says ''comment.''

The AOL news app is terrible. Often the articles don't even load when you click on them. The ads cover up the text.
Often the articles don't even load on the app. The slightest variance from vertical scrolling and you're Sent to the next article. The ads block parts of the text. Just awful

quit censoring words that you allow in an article!!
i do not get why you allow words like 'murder' or 'assassination' in articles, yet if i/we use it in a post, it gets censored! if the word is allowed in a article, allow it in a post! rob reiner was murdered, charlie kirk was assassinated!

Stop the censorship
As long as you aren't allowing me to post comments I am not interested in your ads or anything you are selling and I will get my news elsewhere, People are noticing your pro Trump censorship. Stop censoring people for no reason. You claim that you don't censor, that is a lie.

When I click on the comments button and see someone responded, it doesn't go to their response as it once did. Go back to the old algorithm!

The comment box I type in for AOL news articles jumps or blips when I'm typing, kicks me out and scrolls me down all by itself.
When I'm posting to AOL news articles in the comment box, the box blips or jumps, kicks me out and the page scrolls down all by itself. I have changed browsers and done everything possible to make it stop but it continues. Is this a punitive measure for something wrong I've done on AOL? If so how long is it going to continue?

web mail , crashes , unable to open and launch mails. tried using diff browser even performed troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies data, had already disconnect and connect back to the internet

Allow me to choose topics and providers for the news feed on my email page. So much of it is useless and there are too many fake news stories about consumer deals from aol or its advertising partners. I don't need "news stories" on diet, exercise, pets, sports, celebrities, or gossip.
Of the 20 stories appearing in my feed, only four or five are actual news. The rest is either fluff or ads disguised as articles. I'm intelligent. I want intelligent news. This is the reason I rarely look at what is in my feed, let alone actually reading an…4844th ranked -
fix the comment section of news conversation notifications.
When posting a connent below a news article people respond and that show up above the discussion comment section that light a blue circle with a number in it. When clicked there is a message that states start posting to see comment responses and nothing else. This error started about a week ago. Prior to that if you clicked on the blue circle with number it would take you to your post to see the response.

Show fair coverage in the news
Please show some change by being fair in the News headlines and coverage. As it stands for how long now, nothing but positive stuff when it comes to anything about the Democratic party and nothing but negative when it comes to anything Republican. It is so obvious that I can't take anything seriously. How about letting us bypass the news altogether? Now that is a great idea!
