5. AOL mail LOCK OUT TO FORCE CUSTOMER TO PAY MONTHLY

   AOL has locked my mail in order to force me to start a monthly payment to me -- $15. I don't have $15 per month to pay for email so I have to find a new email provider. I feel I've been hijacked -- held ransom -- by AOL. I guess I'll have to change my email address and notify all my contacts. Very low, cheap, ugly of AOL to hold my email for ransom.

16. Complaint about Advertisement on Sign In Screen

    I am a Compuserve/AOL customer for over 30 years and have never submitted a non-technical complaint. Today is the day for that. Since yesterday, October 13, 2020, I see an add on the AOL Sign In screen that is prompting the user to fill out what is called a "Democrat Corruption Survey". How could you allow an ad like that to appear on the face of AOL? It is not even worded correctly, so I suspect it's a Russian sponsored ad. AOL, along with Facebook, Google and all other Internet companies MUST STAND UP against both foreign and domestic efforts to corrupt our election.

    Your election projection is very similar to 2016 when you projected Hillary would receive 93% of the vote. Your bias is showing once again. I think most Americans realize what will going to happen if pathetic Joe and obnoxious Harris win. China will own us, our economy will crash, our taxes will double, illegal immigrants will have more rights than citizens, jobs will go repeat the pattern of the Obama/Biden era by being shipped overseas, school choice will be abolished, the Supreme Court will be packed. 20. Do any of you people that work in the news room realize there are world news items going that doesn't deal with Trump and politics?

    Did you ever conceive of the idea that people want to know what is going on in this country and around the world, and not just whatever per-conceived notion you have of politics and Trump? At one time you presented news, maybe substandard, but that is beyond the point. You sell ADS for a business. Well, if you want people to read your news items so they are forced to see your ADS, what would you think about supplying some news for a change. Everyone realizes you get the 4 AM news dump, like everyone else, and like to report the same news all of your competitors are, well why not jump on a different horse and do something the people would like for a change and report some news?
