  4. "Partner Ads" for US 250th Anniversary hats need to be checked for potential scam/fraud. Buyers beware!

    Hats are really nice looking. The advertising is very patriotic and they care about their customers, bla, bla, bla. Run their ***.com ("who is 'their name'.com") and you may find several Scam/Fraud Warnings. Also, read their Terms of Service (so much fun). What's their address??? Woops, they must have forgot to add that! WOW, so many items you can't return, repeated over and over again throughout TOS. Hmm, it's starting to look like all they wanted was my credit card info. They have the order, getting it ready, said the e-mail order conformation. Did they ship it yet?

    When we enter the secret code sent to her ;phone, the AOL page automatically reverts to MY email which is rmaness@verizojn.net and it will NOT allow me to change her password. Your "paid" service agent would not assist!!

  10. I keep getting SPAM Emails that my AOL acct. is cancelled!! Where can I send these Emails so AOL can stop them????

    Where can I forward SPAM emails stating that my AOL account has been cancelled??? I have been sending them to: AOL Legal but they don’t do anything!!!

  11. Quit blocking content for paying customers.

    I'm a paying customer and want to know why content is blocked for me? Just because I don't want to turn off my ad blockers an be bothered by annoying ads? On the one hand you tell customers they can get ad free emails, but when they want to have the same benefit when reading their web pages, then ad free and private don't count.
    So turn off your blocking of content to your PAYING customers!

  13. Still can't post comments on articles

    All my comments get auto rejected, no matter what the article is nor what I say, then get an auto email saying it was rejected and reminding me of the rules which I didn't break. No way of getting someone to look at this. Got this way after the 47 regime was installed into power.

  15. stop changing the system when one deletes something

    When a person is on page 5 and delete something, the system takes me back to page 1 instead of continuing on page 5 where a person was. This update is a problem and creates wasting time getting back to the page where someone is reading messages. This idea is a waste of time for people and very time consuming. Prefer that AOL really thinks about the effrects that occur when they update the system. I was told this is a quirk/problem and needs to be addressed!

    The home page (with the 50-60 "news" stories) has too many click-bait type advertisements and things to shop for. It our opinion, proportionally, there's really not much news. It's mostly ads.

    HuffPost content is so "click baity" and poorly conceived. I would hope that AOL would offer unbiased news content to their "dozens of subscribers".
