Apparently I have been permanently banned from commenting on any AOL stories.
Remove the permanent ban upon my account which keeps me from posting comments to news stories on AOL. As a paying AOL member, I have yet to figure out why I have been permanently banned. I know my comments have not violated the community guidelines and feel that this ban is not only unjustified, but targeted. It has been over two years since I was banned and, quite frankly, for this level of service I can take my business elsewhere.

The AOL application on an Android phone is not working - keeps loading on a black screen.
After putting the 6 digit code verification the AOL app on an Android phone is loading without any progress - I waited for twenty minutes

Problems with your Pinochle
Someone in your tech dept. really needs to see what's going on. For months now I've been seeing TOO many aces in some of the games. I just finished a game. 3 of us had a run in trump and ALL three of us had 4 aces (in addition to). That makes a total of 6 aces showing. In "double pinochle", there should only be a total of 4 aces per suit.

In forwarding emails, there are vertical lines that appear on subsequently forwarded emails. This feature should be removed.
Forwarded emails have vertical lines--remove these, or make these optionally removed at the sender's option. Vertical lines are a distraction and seem unprofessional in a business email.

when AOL presents products for vendors the vendors need to be from the USA and familiar with sales tax laws in the USA

You are an email platform; you as a business to everyone should be non-biased. It is offensive to see political ads when I close my email.
