Give us time to tell you what is wrong, and why we are SOOO frustrated. 4 of 5 of my Mac products get email fine. ONE is not allowed on to get mail. This started after I installed MalWare option in order to get the technition to get the mail. Then he came up with some way I have to "Generate" a new email code, and I can't remember how to do that. I have an upgrade subscription, and the "HELP" option tells me I'm not allowed to use it. Why can I not get tech support ????
