Omg seriously?
Prior to covid the service was much better
There seems to be no accountability since tech support is working remote
It takes multiple calls to address the same problems and very few tech support personnel document ones call so when u call again - one has to start over
The workers seem to want to do the bare minimum- they promise to call back but never do
Getting through to a supervisor is incredibly difficult
After spending 4 hours having to make 4 calls to address the same problem I finally got connected to a supervisor
The supervisor couldn't help me but apologized for previous workers rushing to get off the phone without addressing the problem and workers promising to follow up by calling me back but never did
The supervisor could not help me but set up a date and time he would call me with an advanced tech person to address my problem
Needless to say the supervisor never called
I will be dropping my AOL assist service I have had for many years and look elsewhere for more reliable and experienced support
