AOLSearch is not working. Now says Bing. Can't access anything.

We are unable to replicate. We have tested on our side and it’s working. Please clear your browser history, cookies and cache here’s how: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser
Please note, AOL Search is powered by Bing. Both services will return the same results for the search criteria in question.

It's ridiculous that I have to pay so much for AOL, when most people get it for free! Paying as much as I do, I expect better service than you telling me that AOL search is not working.
I am thinking that I need a different service, that actually provides the service it's supposed to! -
