I need to be able to see more than one week of emails
Since you have changed your format, I am only able to receive one week of emails. I have items that I purchased online that I have not yet received and now I am unable to go back through my emails and view my tracking information. This is unexceptable! If this situation is not corrected, I will be dropping my aol account!!

news feed
I want to be able to decide what kind of articles are presented on my news feed like they do with google. I shouldnt be forced to read slanted leftist articles of fake news.

Separate choice to delete Avatars.
I HATE the Avatars, most of which are just initials. They take up too much room on my phone. And they don’t add much. We should be able to choose no Avatars with out giving up the info in 1 line or more.

Include auto response that I can activate for select messages
Include the auto response in the mail system. For example, with this feature I could chose to activate an “unavailability response message” for select chats of my choosing. I would not want this for spams or other marketing emails

Allow option to hide archived emails when searching
I use search on my Inbox to select the emails I want to archive. Unfortunately, it also will show all of the matching emails that have been previously archived. Please allow option to hide archived emails when searching.

image next to email address
I used to be able to choose myself an image to go with a contact’s email address. I found it really useful for quickly identifying important emails. I can’t find how to do it anymore. Can you reinstate this or tell us how to do it in an FAQ.

Fix the problem!!! It’s that simple!!!! Why do you always have to change AOL when things we just get used to using the current version?? It’s so frustrating!!! If you are going to improve something, fine. Do it little by little. Not all at once!!! Also, put a help feature in AOL. Don’t make us come to Google to find an answer. I have used AOL for nearly 20 years and I am about ready to leave AOL forever!!!

Why do I pay money each month and yet now I get ads?!
Take ads out of email that customers pay a monthly fee to use!!!!!
I am actually going to start transitioning to Gmail as they have ads but are FREE.

Contacts
I have an issue with my contacts on the mobile app over the last several days when I login my contacts are missing I have reinstall the app numerous times when I open it after reinstalling the contacts are there as soon as I log out of the AOL mobile app go back in again later contacts are missing but they are on my web mail

Need to be able to filter unread mail on iPhone AOL app.

Sender’s email address must be visible!!!
In a day and age when half the emails we receive are spam, how could you not design the mobile UI to show the sender’s email address? It’s the easiest way to identify spam and you’ve taken that away. Is it even available on the computer? Shame on AOL and your developers. Horrible new email UI and experience. Time to move to Gmail.

Hide birthdate
How about the option for users to hide their birthdate. Not sure if it possible for other users to see my birthdate. But I would rather not share it with people who I don’t wish to know.
