Where is the VIP option?
The old AOL allowed you to have a VIP account notification. Where is this option now? I agree with everyone else this is the worst AOL update of all time. Please give me the option for VIP account I don’t want notifications turns on for all of my AOL mail account.

Emails I set as read don’t stay read.
Every time I click on the circle for select all it still saids that there unread and the notifications say 400 emails. I make sure there read and then it goes back up.

Ich kann meine Emails anklicken aber sie öffnen sich nicht mehr? Habe bereits mein Handy neu gestartet und mich auch schon neu in die App eingeloggt. Hat jemand das selbe Problem mit apple ios?

Password issue
A was to recover my password with out paying an arm and a leg?? Whenever I tell it I forgot my password it says we can’t log you in right now and only gives me an option to restart! Its an older email I need to access.

My folders
The mail folders that also include folders I’ve made myself. When I click the folder only 1 of 62 emails shows up AND there are more than 62 emails in there being as how I literally just added 3. So fixing that would be a brilliant idea!!

New iphone app not good
I cannot see now how many emails in Spam folder. And I am not signed to post this feedback being signed to see emails. Ridiculous

I added folders in mail & now not sorted by alpha
I added 4 folders in mail and now they are nor sorted by alpha, they are at far bottom of the liat of folders, under Trash. Why dont they automatically go in alpha position?

I am constantly being asked to reset my password and it’s getting very annoying please lock down your system

Fix my app!!!
Why did my badge icon stop working?!?!?!?! I tried uninstalling the app (and reinstall) on my iPhone 11. IT DOESNT LET YOU?!?!?! REALLY? Then WORK correctly.

Weather in Celsius option
Option for weather notification in Celsius instead of default as I don’t live in USA

“Sent” icon
The new app doesn’t show the arrow when emails have been replied to or forwarded.

How do you change edition ie country In the new app ?
