There used to be a selection to go to unread mail. Now it’s gone
I had things as unread for a reason, like bills for instance. I would select “unread” and it would bring up a list. Now I have to scroll and scroll to find what I’m looking for. The new update is horrible and if nothing changes, I’ll be making a new email elsewhere

What setting to use?
When I send emails, the people I send to only see AOL as sender, not my email address. Where is setting to change that?
Likewise, when i receive emails from my husband, it come up as Apple as person from, not his email address. Is there a setting to change that on his as well?

When I check my sent mail. It shows the word “me” but wish I could see who I (me) sent it to without having to open to see who it was sent to

Remove distracting symbols in mail
The little initial symbols before each email are annoying and distracting. It is difficult to identify spam and business email when its got all those busy, annoying pictures before each email.

Stop auto opening next email after reading the one before
There should be a setting to NOT automatically open the next email after reading the preceding one. I have to proactively click keep as new! If I forget it jumps into old without me being aware to look for it.

I’m happy
I can finally get rid of all my junk email without it taking 30 minutes to an hour if I ignore for too long up to a man I can get 1000 or 1200 emails from ads so it’s nice to be able to go through them quickly and scroll through and check off and make sure there’s nothing I want to keep

Should be able to access all mailbox’s from the home page and not drop down for different folders.
I hate it that the read Mail gets moved to old mail and then when I want to open that previously read email, I have to go back forth. Also I can’t go between the old email and new email without closing out and losing my old mail being opened.

An easy way to delete an incorrect email address that pops up in”to” slot on an iphone 7 plus. i
Unlike some of the folks i do like the new AOL. only have had a few suggestions or questions. Would like larger darker font, would like to be able to click on a photo in an email and save the image to my iPhoto's on on my Iphone 7 plus, and one more thing that I have never figured out how to do, on old and new version is as follows:

Save photo images in email
When I click on a photo, in received emails, on iphone 7 plus, it only gives me a choice of share or copy. Old AOL used to give us other choices, as well, especially “save image” (which saves to my iPhoto library. Please give that option back .

I’m disgusted with aol’s fake news and censorship! It’s obvious that your just another ******** platform that we the American people are sick of!! I’m going to get rid of my aol email account and tell everyone I know to do the same! What a shame it is because I hoped aol wouldn’t jump on the big tech immoral band wagon.

It is harder to tell what email on the list is open. It was grayed before and now just the dot is missing.
Different topic. With AOL on my laptop I could specify an automatic bcc for all email i send. I want to do that on my iPad, 90% of my email use.

Make an easy way to delete all calendar entries.
I am getting annoying AOL calendar reminders every day. They are obsolete. I no longer use AOL as a calendar. Getting these AOL messages is equivalent to spam to me. If there is a way to to delete my AOL calendar, will you please do so. My email address is ***

I have no idea how to sign out of an email account with this new IOS version.
Please return us to the former IOS version when at least there was a defined process to sign out of an email account on IOS software which was identical to the one I still have on my PC Windows software; and as soon as possible!

Eliminate photo album
Since your update In order to select a picture to insert or attach to an email, I have to select, then back out of the window...it goes into an inaccessible album, then I have to attach it from there?? Seriously a pain **********, PLUS there is no way to delete the picture from that album so I am saddled with a bunch of photos that I will not need or want to access again within AOL, but are just “there”. Hey developers. You *** up big time!! Fix it.
Can’t put accounts in my chosen order -alphabetical only.
Show all unread messages in all accounts, not last used.
Allow contacts to be accessed in alphabetical order to be used in the to, cc and bcc lines vs no choices. Apples 3rd party app allowed access to a master contacts list, as does AOL mail on a computer.
Allow all contacts to show in a drop down menu when selecting a letter, like “S” and show all, not just a limited number of contactsI have much more. Fix these first.
