  1. Stop showing News.

    You ask for ideas, but I see your not taking your followers and users inputs. I guess everyone will just have to go to gmail accounts where liberal news isn’t shoved down our throats. I will give it a little more time to see if you make any changes. But I doubt you will.

    I hate to being forced to down load an email app. And having it act as an HOMEPAGE for AOL. What’s worse is you NUTS at the $Chain haven’t a clue. Dude no one wants your garbage- for the news is the EXACT SAME ON EVERY CHANNEL. Accounts are closed for being different opinion than the lol MONITIORS of the sight whom worry of JOB security and flag everyone for closing. So let’s give AOL it’s *******!   8. Weather notifications units

    Show the weather notifications in the local units. Whether metric or imperial. For example - I am in the U.K. and have chosen the U.K. edition. Location is a city in the U.K. but I still see weather notification in Fahrenheit rather than Celsius. Pls allow user to set this within settings.

  9. Can’t See Email Accounts

    I’m using iPhone 12 Max Pro, iOS 16.3.1

    Just updated to AOL. Version 7.6.2

    When I open AOL. My email accounts are listed in Manage Accounts view, however when I go to Mail folders it shows no email accounts.

    In the upper left corner is shows a head & shoulder icon with the words Mail, No unread, with a spinner icon in the middle of screen.

    The previous AOL. version the upper left corner displayed a circle with AOL. Which you could touch to select a different email account.

    I deleted AOL. and downloaded again from…

  11. I have two accounts that I want to combine

    I have 2 aol accounts that I want to combine and combine contacts too … can do a new picture if need be Don’t know who to contact to make this happen … please help .

  14. It’s clear from the number of entries that you messed up when you changed the app to open to the news feed instead of the Inbox. Please fix

    You forced us to the app for security reasons. It’s a mail app so it should open by default to the Inbox. The user experience sucks. Multiple clicks to check my email is ridiculous. I’ve tried setting up mail in other apps but that process is a PITA. Your developers and product people got this wrong. Fix it.

  16. Have DARKER FONT ON WHITE BACKGROUND! Or at Least an Easy to Find CHOICE, Bally programmers/syst nowadays far too self important/opinated

    In settings/preferences have easy & concise choice to Find and Change Font size and Contrast. NOT PATHETIC SMALL PALE WHITE ON WHITE BACKGROUND. MANY USERS CAN READ and don’t rely on the “Programmers” inadequacies!

  17. I’m Done with AOL

    As soon as I can change my email address from aol to something else and update sites that use it, I will be deleting the app. Obviously no one at aol cares that countless subscribers have asked for the option to have the app open to mail as it used to. Countless complaints here and not one response from anyone at aol.

    If after CHECKING SPAM For Any necessary/wanted Mail There in Error then - DELETE THE SENDER AND REMEMBER or ALLOW TO DELETE A SINGLE OR SELECTION WORDS AND REMEMBER ! As Before!
