  2. Enable nested folders (aka sub-folders) in email

    Nearly all email apps allow users to create subfolders to organize their personal folders (in gmail it is called labels, but works the same as subfolders that Outlook has had for 20 years). The AOL app makes users scroll through one long list of folders that cannot be organized. A bit primitive, though the new look for 2021 is nice.

  5. Time stamps on each message

    Please go back to the actual time for each email instead of the “2m” etc you now show. Why should we have to figure out what time that is. Personally I’m not crazy about this new version.

  16. Can see subject, but there is no content on SOME emails, usually in batches
