Can’t access my emails from IPad
I am not able to access all my emails from my IPad. I read approximately 25 but could not access the remaining 49. This has happened before and was able to read from my desktop.

I accidentally deleted some messages I had saved for years due to your new setup, which is extremely dumb and futile by the way.
I accidentally deleted messages from some years prior because of the brainless new set up and thought I could just recover them from my trash but they aren’t even there. One email was a warranty for something i own so ******** very much for that. I don’t understand why you feel the need to “fix” things that aren’t broken and cause inconveniences for everyone else.

Please bring back “empty folder” in the spam.
I get a lot of spam emails, I used to just empty folder to get rid of them. Now I have to do it individually and that takes a lot of time.

Fix bug that keeps showing messages that were deleted using another device
If I delete messages on my computer (using AOL Web Mail), they still show up in the AOL App on my phone, even though they (properly) become no longer accessible. This problem does not happen for messages deleted using AOL App on my phone.

Ability to rearrange email account order.
It would be nice to be able to rearrange email accounts in a user friendly order, i.e., personal, business, family, etc.

Stop Moving Read Mail to the Old Mail File!
Can you please show me an option to NOT have every email I read moved to the Old Mail file unless I manually move them?
Too many emails that require action are being lost!

Remove Folders No Longer Used
Allow us to delete folders no longer in use.Lowering the amount of space AOL takes up on my phone!

I can’t move a folder out of a sub folder
A number of folders became sub folders of saved. I should be able to promote them to primary folders

Email issues
I’m constantly having issues with opening or receiving my email? Can you please address this matter. It’s very frustrating, I have an gmail account and never have I experienced so many issues with my email as I have with aol.

iOS Apple Watch App
A native Apple Watch app, that allows cellular users to receive, read and answer emails on the watch without having the phone with you.
A developer has produced a fantastic watch keyboard which can be implemented at no cost to you. A keyboard is necessary as scribble is dreadful and Siri no good for composing private emails.

Spell check
Spell check does not recognize “snd” for “and” as misspelled. Please show how to fix that. It also gives me misspelled words for other words to click on. Please show how to fix that so it does not happen. Thanks

I do not have my groups listed in the mail function
I do not have my groups listed on the send mail function of this IPhone app.

Do not confirm delete with spam
I should be able to select multiple e-mails to delete at once like with the old app. Also, with spam it now makes you confirm delete before you can delete. That’s horrible and a big waste of time

When I check my messages and leave some unread next time I got to my email they delete themselves and then I have to find them in old emails

There used to be a selection to go to unread mail. Now it’s gone
I had things as unread for a reason, like bills for instance. I would select “unread” and it would bring up a list. Now I have to scroll and scroll to find what I’m looking for. The new update is horrible and if nothing changes, I’ll be making a new email elsewhere
