  1. AOL icon displays incorrect email quantity

    Home Screen shows red icon on aol with 48 messages. Opening aol and looking at inbox shows only 6 emails. This is happening daily and has been for past few day. Email icon is incorrectly showing high emails for some reason.

    Two factor authentication never works for email. Getting a text never works first time, you have to wait for the countdown then hit resend.

  5. Deleting Spam Messages kicks me out of email

    When I delete spam messages, I swipe left and hit delete. Starting several days ago this action kicks me out of AOL. Not every time but it seems like it happens with at least one message, I get kicked out. Have to go back in to AOL, go from AOL news (🙄), to my inbox, then go to the spam mailbox.

  8. I want to be able to enter my aol email on new accounts I open and not get “This email isn’t correct. My email gets bounced. Don’t know why

    I don’t understand what bouncing is. I just want to be able to login to a new account online without it stating my email address is not valid.

    For some reason I am now unable to see my images previews that were coming through to my aol inbox. It is just showing empty white boxes where they should be. If I click on the box it will open the image to see full screen. Settings checked and all correct. As I say it was working but now it’s not. Thanks

  16. FIX ALL INCOMING MAIL GOING TO TRASH RATHER THAN INBOX!

    MY WORKED FINE FOR YEARS BUT ON 12/23/2021 ALL MY INCOMING MAIL GOES TO TRASH RATHER THAN INBOX. IT SEEMS COINCIDENTAL THIS HAPPENED AS AOL MERGED WITH YAHOO! IS THERE A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM? I SEE OTHERS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THAT DID NOT OCCUR BEFORE. NEED TO HAVE MAIL FUNCTION RELIABLY!

  20. My contacts are not syncing with the mobile app my contacts appear on my computer but do not appear on the mobile app when I try to compose
