  2. Give us the ability to change the sender name

    Currently your help section says you can go to settings, more settings and update your sender name. There is no more settings on the app or on the web. Please give us this ability, many of us change our name!

  6. I switched to an iPhone and now I am not getting new email. The last I received was yesterday

  7. Not getting verification codes

    I never receive any verification codes through my account. Half of my accounts use this email (verizon.net) is there anything that can be done.

    1. Wenn ich die App öffne möchte ich die Mails sehen…bei AOL ist erstmal alles leer! Da muss ich zwischen den Postfächern hin & her wechseln bis was was geladen wird.
    2. warum ist mein Profilbild auf allen Accounts nicht zu sehen?
    3. der Vertifizirungs Prozess ist sehr schlecht! Die SMS kam nie an!

  12. AOL icon displays incorrect email quantity

    Home Screen shows red icon on aol with 48 messages. Opening aol and looking at inbox shows only 6 emails. This is happening daily and has been for past few day. Email icon is incorrectly showing high emails for some reason.

  16. Deleting Spam Messages kicks me out of email

    When I delete spam messages, I swipe left and hit delete. Starting several days ago this action kicks me out of AOL. Not every time but it seems like it happens with at least one message, I get kicked out. Have to go back in to AOL, go from AOL news (🙄), to my inbox, then go to the spam mailbox.

  19. I want to be able to enter my aol email on new accounts I open and not get “This email isn’t correct. My email gets bounced. Don’t know why

    I don’t understand what bouncing is. I just want to be able to login to a new account online without it stating my email address is not valid.
