Restore previous version - I am unable to work with the new version
I am unable to work on this new version. I have no setting control as previous, such using panes to minimize the mail area to show new email. I need to redstore my old version of AOL mail.

Return to the Old Format !
So......its now several months since ALL our requests to "go back to the old format"have not been addressed !
I know I speak for ALL who feel the same way,that is to give us a chance to return to the old format.
IF your techs thought this new version would be some kind of improvement,well they were VERY wrong. -
Aol settings
How do I get back to basic settings. I can't figure out your new set up. I like to highlight some of my statements, etc. I like to make bold words and other important things.I like the background for birthdays, holidays, etc. That is lost now too. I'm 76 years old and like the other basic settings. Please put me back to where i was comfortable.

Your SPAM Folder might as well not even exist!! What a horrible MESS!! Very important emails going to SPAM, Spam going to the Inbox!
I had it TURNED OFF for a while, then you guys apparently TURNED IT BACK ON!!!???!!!? I LOST some very important emails because YOUR TURNED THE SPAM FILTER BACK ON AND THE EMAILS WENT TO THE SPAM FOLDER AND GOT DELETED BEFORE I FOUND OUT WHAT YOU DID TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!
What a COMPLETE MESS aol is!!!

Search function issues
This new format is TERRIBLE to use for searching.
If I search for an old emai I get a whole page of them, sometimes several in the same day. If I pick one to open, and it's not the right one, there's no longer an Up or Down arrow to step through them one at a time to find the right one! Who thought that would be a good idea to omit?? As it is now, if I open one, and it's not the one I wanted, I close it, and the navigation takes me back to the top of… -
Getting help to change e-mail fonts
I am visually impaired. I can not find the setting to change the font on my e-mails. Who can help? I totally find your new format unfriendly

What happened to the drag and drop function?? This new method is much harder. First of all, drag and drop no longer works. Second, we have to now open a folder, find the file by name, then Open it. The window that opens, has the files all out of order. To find one, I have to choose "Details" then click on the Name header EVERY TIME!! It won't stay set that way! C'mon, somebody fix this awful new format!!

Kein Kalender mehr? Das ist nicht zu fassen. No more calendar? I can't believe it.

Wie kann ich Mails blockweise löschen ?
Wie lassen sich mails blockweise löschen? vorher konnte man mit Strg + Pfeil nach oben ca. 16 mails markieren und mit einem Click löschen. Jetzt ist es viel zu umständlich und unübersichtlich. How can emails be deleted in blocks? before you could mark about 16 mails with Ctrl + arrow up and delete them with one click. Now it's way too cumbersome and confusing.

cannot switch from basic
Cannot switch from basic mail view even my browser is chromium based (Chrome version 91)! There is not someth. like this in the settings in basic/classical view! Aol switched my email automatically to basic view, why? However with other browsers working fine, so where is the problem, why my browser is unsupported or it is an error here?
