  1. in older system i could select the first email, shift & select the last and all between would be selected; why you don't do that anymore?

    1-In older system i could select the first email, shift & select the last and all between would be selected; why you don't do that anymore? Before you "improve" something, do you do any market (users) research? Do you survey us what we like to whatever system you had and what we don't like and tally and then do the improvement, but still give the users the option to go back to the old system. Do not follow microsoft which keeps "changing" things (excel, word, windows) without asking the end user and their products are more and more trash. Think…
