1-In older system i could select the first email, shift & select the last and all between would be selected; why you don't do that anymore? Before you "improve" something, do you do any market (users) research? Do you survey us what we like to whatever system you had and what we don't like and tally and then do the improvement, but still give the users the option to go back to the old system. Do not follow microsoft which keeps "changing" things (excel, word, windows) without asking the end user and their products are more and more trash. Think of users easy of use and efficiency in managing the account. That's why i pay for this email account since 1996, I expect to be same of better FOR US, not only for you to have more profit. I pay but I still get ads.
2- I want to delete fast hundreds of emails but now i cannot navigate easily from email 1 to the last email just scrolling down or up. Now i have to click on the arrow to show me another 15 emails for example, instead to move the scroll button and go fast to the last email. Pitiful
This feature is not supported in Basic Mail, but if you Switch to the Standard Version of AOL Mail, multi-select should meet your needs!
